Mix the besan and semolina with curd salt and turmeric powder

Keep it for 2hours

After 2 hours mix water as required

Add soda and chopped green chilli and ginger

Mix it nicely pour it in a tiffin box.close the lid tightly

Now put the tiffin box in the cooker,add little water in the cooker

Close it,after 3 whistle switch of the flame

When it cool take out the box,remove it on the plate

Now pour very light sugar syrup on the dhokla

Heat the pan and add oil

Then add mustard seeds and curry leaves,mix it

Now pour it on the dhokla
