Some times there are leftover rotis and we don't know what to do with it.
Now u can make Dahi Bhalle and Chaat out of it.
Steps

Powder 2 rotis in a grinder.Mix together powder rotis,sooji, baking powder, salt and Dahi.Keep aside for 10 minutes.

If the batter is thick add little water make it smooth,it should bind. Make small vadas out of it.Heat oil in a pan and fry them on medium heat till light brown.

Soak vadas in warm water for 5-8 min.Then add Cold water to it and squeeze vadas carefully not to break them.Now it's ready to use as Dahi Bhalle.

Whisk some Dahi adding little salt, rock salt. Take bhallas in plate and pour over it Dahi and sprinkle, jeera powder chillie powder.Serve it with imliy chutney.

For Chaat take bhalla ina plate pour Dahi over it and add jeera, chilli powder green chutney imli chutney little boondi and crushed papdi.
