First wash and peel off the bottle gaurd

Then cut in ring shape and make seedless.

Now boil all the rings for 15 minutes.

Now make sugar syrup and put all the boiled rings into it leave it for 30 minutes.

Now make besan barfi..

For this, in a bowl take 2 cups of gram flour, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and a tbsp of milk and mix well.

Then rub with your hand then sieve.

Now heat a pan, add ghee and roast gram flour until the nice aroma comes out and it changes colour.

Now keep aside the roasted gram flour, then add a cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water on the same pan and make sugar syrup of one string.

Now add the roasted besan into the sugar syrup, add Cardamom powder and some grated dry fruits.

Grease a plate, put all the boiled bottle gaurd rings and fill with the barfi mixture..

Now decorate with Almonds and let it cool then freeze it for at least one hour then serve.

Besan barfi in bottle gaurd rings is ready..😊😊
