Firstly seive besan and make semi_ liquid batter by adding salt red chilli and coriander and keep aside.

See that there are no lumps.

Now take bread slices and apply chutney on 4 pieces of bread slices

Now apply tomato sauce on another 4 pieces of bread. Slices

Now put the grated cheese over chutney bread slice and cover it with tomato sauce bread slice.

Complete all the sandwiches in the same way.

Now take 1 sandwich dip in besan batter nicely from all sides and deep fry on medium flame.till golden brown

Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy with sauce and chutney.
