Tie the dahi in a muslin cloth and hang it for 1 hour

Collect all the ingredients and keep aside

Now dry roast the bread slices and keep aside
- 4
Now add salt, pepper, onions and capsicum in the dahi and mix well
- 5
Now apply schezwan chutney on the roasted bread slices and keep aside
- 6
Finally while serving add 2 spoons of onions and capsicum dahi batter on a schezwan coated slice and cover it with other schezwan coated slice and serve
