Rice medu vada
#leftover. Crispy vada by left over rice.
Steps

Make a thick paste if leftover rice

Add chopped green chilli and coriander. Rava and salt as per your taste.

Mix well with a hand beater for 5 minute to make it fluffy. Heat oil in a kadhayi.

Take a small batter in your hand. Make a hole in that and deep fry it.

Make all the vadas like that.. Fry till turns golden and crispy.

Enjoy it with suace, sambhar of green chutney.
