Make batter with the help of all ingredients except veggies and paneer.

Cut the potato and onion.

Take a vessel add oil put on gas flame.. Hot it.

Prepare all veggies for fry.

Dip all veggies in batter than fry it in hot oil on medium flame.

Till golden brown.

Mix pakode are ready to eat.
