Mix gram flour,1/2 spoon salt,1/2 spoon red chilli powder,soda and carom seeds in a bowl

Make a thick batter by adding water

Mix remaining salt,chilli powder and mustard powder in 1/2 bowl of water

Make fritters in hot oil and deep fry

Soak fritters in spiced water

For serving take out fritters from water and squeeze a little

Put in serving plate

Pour beaten curd,salt,black salt,red chilli powder,chat masala and sauce and serve
