Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsuji
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 10almonds chopped
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a wok add suji and roast till golden brown in colour

  2. 2

    Now add sugar, water, cardamom powder mix it well

  3. 3

    Cook till halwa consistency

  4. 4

    Garnish with chopped almonds
