Cut Paneer into thick cubes.Dip in boiled water with salt and set aside. After fifteen minutes remove from the water and sprinkle turmeric powder.

Add butter on a deep based frying pan and wait till it melts.Add the Paneer cubes with sugar and tomato sauce and salute till Paneer dries up with gravy.

In the meantime dice cut the capsicum and saute in butter with salt.Remove from the flame.

In kebab sticks scene the capsicum and paneer pieces alternately and brush up again with tomato sauce. Serve hot.
