5-6 servings

2tomatoes chopped
1 cupdeseeded dates and sultanas
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and add tomatoes
2

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft
3

Add dates and sultanas as the tomatoes get soft
4

Saute well and cover till it become soft
5

Add sugar and mix,boil well
6

Switch off and serve it cool
