Take a bowl add besan.

Add 2 tbsp water mix well and make a creamy paste.

Sieve the curd.

Add besan paste & turmeric powder.

Curd & besan mixture is ready for Kadhi.

Heat the ghee in a wok.

Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, hing & dry red chilli.

Saute for 15 second, add curd mixture and mix well.

Stirring regularly. After one boil add salt.

Cook for 10 minute on low flame till it becomes little thick.

Add both sprouts and mix well.

Cook 5 minute on low flame. Switch off the gas.

Garnish with red chilli ghee,chopped corinder leaves & sprouts.

Serve hot KADHI with chapti and plain rice.
