Steps

Knead a dough adding salt,wheat and water,keep aside

Boil the daal adding salt and turmeric

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

Add ginger paste and saute well adding cumin coriander powder

Add red chilli Powder mix

Now pour the daal and mix sugar
- 7
Boil well and switch off
- 8
Now take all portion of the dough and roll into desired shape
- 9
Shallow fry the parathas and serve
