Steps

Firstly sieve besan and put in a mixing bowl.

Now make chhach from curd and mix with besan
Add ginger garlic paste salt hing and haldi - 3
Mix it well till all lumps are dissolved.

Now pour the batter in a kadhai with a heavy base

Put on low flame and keep stirring contiuously or else it will stick to the base

Cook atleast for 15 mins...now take a plain thali grease it on the back side or can even use your kitchen platform

Pour sum mixture and spread let it cool if it rolls easily then pour the whole mixture if not then cook again till you get a proper consistency and it rolls easily

Once you spread the mixture put the fresh grated coconut sprinkle red chilli powder chaat masala coriander leaves

Now cut into long strips horizontally and vertical and start rolling set them in a serving plate..

Once you have finished rolling all give tadka of mustard seeds curry leaves and green chillies
