Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal
  2. 1/4 cupmoong dal
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  5. as neededOil for fry
  6. For garnish
  7. 1 bowlcurd
  8. 1 tbspgreen chutney
  9. 2 tbspSweet chutney
  10. as neededSalt to sprinkle
  11. 1/2 tspChat masala
  12. as neededRed chilli powder sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak dal in water overnight.

  2. 2

    Then mix in mixer make paste

  3. 3

    Then add salt, black pepper powder..and mix well

  4. 4

    Mix 30 min..when beeter is fluffy.

  5. 5

    Then make pakora and fry it.

  6. 6

    Then soak in water 1 hour

  7. 7

    Then serve with curd, green chutney, meethi chutney, sprinkle some salt, chat masala, red chilli powder.
