Sesame oil ginger chicken thighs

This is a simple dish which is easy to prepare with chicken, sesame oil, d.o.m., ginger, etc. The combination of ginger and sesame oil in Chinese cooking is really amazing. Making sesame oil chicken doesn’t require too many ingredients. Yummy for sure!
Mother-in-law told me that ginger and sesame oil are “heaty” ingredients that help strengthen and nourish the body of new mothers and will speed up recovery after child birth.
D.o.m wine- One shoot glass a day will help to clean stomach and everything related to childbirth. D.O.M wine is very nutritious, improves general well-being and helps one to sleep better.
I hate dark soy sauce due to smelly private part.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2chicken or 500g chicken thighs
  2. 2 tbspsesame oil
  3. 1 tbspcooking oil
  4. 5sliced thin ginger strips
  5. 2 tbspwine or D.o.m. wine to taste
  6. A:
  7. 50 mlwater
  8. 1 tspdark soy sauce (it's up to u whether u add or not)
  9. 1/2 tsplight soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp cooking oil, then add 5 ginger sliced thin strips. Stir fry until fragrant.

    Add 500g chicken thigh pieces and stir fry for a few minutes until chicken is no longer pink.

    Add A. But I never add dark soy sauce.

    Stir to coat chicken evenly in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add more water if the sauce is drying out. Turn chicken pieces over, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.

    When the chicken is cooked, add 2 tbsp d.o.m. wine to taste and after a few seconds you can smell the wonderful aroma of the wine evaporating.
