Steps

Heat the pan add butter put cinnamon,laung,marati flower it gives nice flavour to the curry

Add onion paste keep stirring then add ginger garlic paste keep frying until the raw smell disappears.

Then add all spices powder to curry,then add pholmakhani on to the gravy
- 4
Add cashew paste mix well close lid for few mins,until makhani binds the flavour
- 5
Finally add Kasuri methi add butter wait for melting,then turn off the flame.

Take a plate serve curry garnish with onion and butter
