Cut the chapati into two equal parts. make a paste to mix ararot and water.now fold half chapati like a cone as shown in pic.fill 2-3tsp any leftover dry veg like gobhi aalu or gajar aalu any which u have.apply araroot paste on the edge and seal samosa perfectly.

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry the chapati samosa till golden and crisp.
