Boil 1/2 l milk and remove from gas add vinegar and cool.

Collect chenna in a strainer and wash with cold water

Make a dough by rubbing vigorously

Now make small pedas and add in sugar syrup till it doubles in size

Till then in another pot heat remaining milk and add saffron strand and 2 tsp sugar

Now transfer the rasmalai to milk.

Cool garnish with chopped pistachio
