Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ltrMilk
  2. 1 tbspvinegar
  3. 11/2 cupmilk
  4. 3-4saffron strands
  5. for sugar syrup (dissolve 8 tsp sugar in 1 cup water)
  6. as requiredPistachio chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 1/2 l milk and remove from gas add vinegar and cool.

  2. 2

    Collect chenna in a strainer and wash with cold water

  3. 3

    Make a dough by rubbing vigorously

  4. 4

    Now make small pedas and add in sugar syrup till it doubles in size

  5. 5

    Till then in another pot heat remaining milk and add saffron strand and 2 tsp sugar

  6. 6

    Now transfer the rasmalai to milk.

  7. 7

    Cool garnish with chopped pistachio
