Sprinkle little water and make a dough with besan and rice flour.. add these two to the pulao. Note take out the kada masala from pulao if any then mix in dry ingredients.Chilli this mixture for a hour then make them into cutlet shapes and deep fry it.

Now take two left over roti and roll them and place it on tawa and make them crispy and serve with sweet chutney.
