First dry roast the chappati for both the side till turn hard

Let it be cool for 10 minute.

Then grind it to make a fine powder of that.

Take a mixing bowl. Add the chappati powder, chopped capsicum, cabbage, green chilli and onion in that.

Now add 1 pinch pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste. Mix well

Make small balls of that. Heat oil in a kadhayi. Fry all the balls till turns golden and crispy

Heat 1spoon oil in other pan. Add chopped garlic and onion in that. Saute for 1 minute.

Add soya, red chilli and tomato sauce in that. 2 spoon water as needed. Cooked for 2 to 3 minute.

Add the balls in that.. Your roti Manchurian are ready to eat...
