Ingredients

  1. 2-3leftover chappati(not more than 6 or 7 hours)
  2. 2 bowlchopped cabbage
  3. 1/2 bowlchopped capsicum
  4. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 bowlchopped onion
  6. 2-3chopped green chilli
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil
  10. 1 spoonchopped garlic
  11. 3 spoonsoya sauce and red chilli sauce
  12. 1 spoontomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    First dry roast the chappati for both the side till turn hard

  2. 2

    Let it be cool for 10 minute.

  3. 3

    Then grind it to make a fine powder of that.

  4. 4

    Take a mixing bowl. Add the chappati powder, chopped capsicum, cabbage, green chilli and onion in that.

  5. 5

    Now add 1 pinch pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste. Mix well

  6. 6

    Make small balls of that. Heat oil in a kadhayi. Fry all the balls till turns golden and crispy

  7. 7

    Heat 1spoon oil in other pan. Add chopped garlic and onion in that. Saute for 1 minute.

  8. 8

    Add soya, red chilli and tomato sauce in that. 2 spoon water as needed. Cooked for 2 to 3 minute.

  9. 9

    Add the balls in that.. Your roti Manchurian are ready to eat...
