First mix coconut green chilli red chilli jeera and saunf in a mixy jar keep aside. Now in a kadai add oil mustard seeds jeera and saunf curry pata,hing let it splutter and then onion paste ginger garlic paste and cook well. now add the peas and cool well with salt.

Once peas is cooked add the coconut mixture and simmer for 2 mins. Serve with Akki roti.

Akki Roti method: First take rice flour in a bowl add onions green chilli coriander hing salt and mix well.. then slowly incorporate water and make a soft dough. Now oil the butter paper and place a ball and flatten it like a roti.

Now make three holes on the roti.

Place the roti on a hot griddle,roti facing the tawa and slowly take of the butter paper and let the roti cook. Note add oil to tawa if it is not non stick, if non stick no worries. Now pour some oil and cook well by flipping it after it gets cooked.Serve with kurma.

Note: Restaurant style is they add roasted peanuts and dhill leaves to the roti instead or coriander... this also tastes awesome.
