And add dry fruits and raisins in it and serve chilled, white colour lassi is ready

Then divide this lassi in 3 parts..

Add carrot puree in one part of lassi and blend it.

Saffron lassi is ready

Then add pan puree in rest part of lassi and blend it

Green colour lassi is ready..

Serve chilled
