Ingredients

  • 4leftover bread slices
  • 200 gramsleftover Pav bhaaji
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastecrushed black pepper
  • 1small chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoonmozzarella cheese
  • 1Juice of lemon
  • 3-4 tablespoonfinely chopped coriander/parsley leaves

    Using a round cup/large cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into roundels

  2. 2

    Toast/ grill them on both sides till they are crisp

    Now place them on a plate

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice to the leftover paav bhaaji and mix well

  5. 5

    Fill up a pastry bag with the Pav bhaaji

  6. 6

    Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoon of Pav bhaaji over each bread slice

    Add salt and black pepper to taste

    Top each with chopped onion,coriander leaves and mozzarella
