Ingredients

  • 5 cupsLeftover rice
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbspcrushed ginger
  • 1/2crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tbsblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbslight soya sauce
  • 1 tbsvinegar
  • 1 tbsgreen chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 4 pinchessalt
  • As neededGreen coriander chopped
  • As neededChopped green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan with oil add ginger garlic paste and saute on medium flame and fry till light brown you can add some green chilli and onion fry till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomato mix well and black pepper powder and cook 1-2 minitues then tomato cook add vinegar,light soya sauce,Tomato sauce, green chilli sauce,mix it well add leftover rice and salt mix it well and leave 2-3 minitues on low flame
