  1. 1 cup karela skins(made/grated from 3-Karela)
  2. 1/2 cupchopped fresh kothmari (Coriander leaves)
  3. 1 cupwheat flour
  4. 1/2 cupjowar flour(white millet)
  5. 3 tbspoil
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspgreen chillies ginger paste
  9. 1 pinchHing(Asofoetida)
  10. 1/2lemon(juice)
  11. 1 tbspsugar
  12. 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
  13. 1 tspblack sesame seeds
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. for fryingOil

  1. 1

    Wash 3 karelas with water and pat dry with kitchen napkin.Grate the outer skins of Karela with peeler.

    Mix karela skins, chopped fresh kothmari,wheat & jowar flours,oil, turmeric powder red chilli powder,salt,sugar,white&black sesame seeds,lemon juice..mix well.

    Bind with water into puri like dough.

    Make equal flat portions from prepared dough

    Roll out medium size semi thick rotis..and cut into 1/2" pieces.

    Deep-fry into hot oil on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.

    Store in Airtight container.Serve and Relish - this tea-time snacks.
