In a bowl, combine curd, all veggies, green chillies, lemon juice, salt turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and in it add cumin seeds and bay leaves and allow it to cra kle.

Now add above prepared vegetables mix and cook it well.

Now add rice in it and coat it with the masala and cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Your tawa fry rice is ready to serve.
