Ingredients

  • 3-4Left over roti
  • 2-3Boiled potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspAmchur
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • pinchHeeng/ asafetida
  • 1/2 tspDry mint powder
  • 1 tspChaat Masala
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 2-3Garlic - optional
  • 1-2Onion - optional
  • 2 tbspDry fruits of your choice - optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the left over roti in the mixer.

    A picture of step 1 of Roti cutlets.
  2. 2

    Add mashed boiled potato and all the spices.

  3. 3

    Add onion/garlic / dry fruits if using.
    Mash and Mix well.

  4. 4

    Make cutlets in a shape of your choice.

  5. 5

    Deep or shallow fry as desired.

  6. 6

    Serve with ketchup or favorite chutney!
