Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/3 cupmayan chocolate rub , see my recipe
  2. 2-1/4 poundSt Louis style ribs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 375° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Remove the silver skin from ribs.

  3. 3

    Rub the Mayan Chocolate rub on the ribs and bake in the oven till done, about 45 minutes.

    Let sit 10 minutes. Slice and serve. Hope you enjoy
