1/3 cupmayan chocolate rub , see my recipe
2-1/4 poundSt Louis style ribs

Preheat oven 375° Fahrenheit

Remove the silver skin from ribs.

Rub the Mayan Chocolate rub on the ribs and bake in the oven till done, about 45 minutes.

Let sit 10 minutes. Slice and serve. Hope you enjoy
