This might sound weird but i eat more sweet than savory everytime I go to restraunts and see delicious stir fry's i'm like there has to be something sweet to balance out the savory my answer is Strawberry Stir Fry I absolutely love it

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsstrawberries (sliced)
  2. 1 poundchow mein noodles
  3. 1green bell pepper sliced
  4. 1 teaspoonpepper
  5. 1/2 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 1whole white onion (caramelized)
  7. 1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
  8. 1 cupbroccoli
  9. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  10. 1 stickbutter (for pan)
  11. Mint leaves (garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash hands

    In a largs skillet grease with butter and put on a stovetop on low for 2 minutes put in a sliced green bell pepper, sliced strawberries, broccoli, thinly sliced white onion then add pepper, red pepper flakes, and a juice of a lemon

    When the veggies and fruit start to caramelize add in 1/2 cup soy sauce and mix the ingridients together

  4. 4

    Set the veggies & fruit aside and start on your chow mein noodles in a pot add water and put on medium when it starts to bubble put in chow mein noodles until cooked

    When the noodles and veggiez are cooked grab a plate put some of that good old stir fry and top it with fresh mint leaves
