No matter where you leave, sweets are quite essential to celebrate a festival or special occasion & on this special ocassion of Rakshabandhan I have prepared this kalakand as it's a very easy and quick recipe. Grease the tin/container in which you want to settle down the barfi.

Add milk in the pan, add sugar. Stir until the sugar gets dissolved.

Add milk powder. Stir it continuously.

Add grated paneer & stir it continuously so that no lumps formed.

Add cardamom powder & stir until it gets thickens.

Add ghee & mix well.

Now transfer the mixture to the greased container & make a flat surface using spoon.

Spread dry fruits over it and again with the help of spoon make the surface smooth.

Allow it to cool down for 30 mins.

Now cut in the square pieces & our kalakand is ready to serve.
