Mix maida, suji, salt ajwain and oil add water make dough.

Keep it for some time

Make balls,roll it like big paratha

Apply some oil on it sprinkle maida.. Fold it from side to side.

Again do this process.

Now again roll it. Again do all process and rollit like in long stirp.

Now again roll it and prick it with fork.

Now cut in to 1 inch pieces.

Hot oil.. Fry all mathri in hot oil on medium flame..

Keep it on tissue paper.

Keep it in air tight container after cool it.
