Steps

Mix 400 g softened butter, 8 peeled and crushed garlic cloves and 3 tbsp chopped parsley together in a bowl. Then season with salt and pepper.

Take 2 French baguettes and slice into them at regular intervals along their lengths.

Don't cut all the way through.
- 4
Fill each pocket with 1 heaped tsp of garlic butter.

If there is any left over, spread it over the top of the baguettes.
- 6
Wrap each baguette in foil or saga cooking paper and place in the hot oven for 15-20 mins. Check thoroughly.
