Ingredients

  • 1 cupleftover pudina chutney
  • 2 cupwheatflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

    Put wheatflour in a parat

  2. 2

    Add pudina chutney.salt and carrom seeds

  3. 3

    Mix all and make the dough

  4. 4

    Rest for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry the small pooris

  6. 6

    Serve with pickle or sabzi
