Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken ( cut in cubes)
  • Malai or Cream
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste
  • Green chilly paste
  • White pepper powder
  • Salt ( as per taste )

    First marinate chicken cubes with all the ingredients for about 1 hour

    Then grill it in oven or skewers

    Garnish with corriander leaves
