In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil and fry beef in two batches. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside

Add 1 tbsp oil and fry onions for one minute. Add red peppers, chili and garlic. Cook for two minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for one minute.

Add beef, soy sauce and vinegar. Toss about two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut potatoes and cook as French fries. Serve with rice.
