  1. 1 tablespoonhoney
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoonDijon mustard
  3. 3 tablespoonslemon juice
  4. As many pistachio nuts as you like
  5. 1salmon fillet

    De shell and crush pistachio nuts

  2. 2

    Mix mustard honey and lemon juice together in a bowl

  3. 3

    Mix in nuts

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper to fresh side of fillet

  5. 5

    Paste picture over the fresh side of the fillet pushing down on nuts so they stick

  6. 6

    Preheat oven to 375f

  7. 7

    Place fillet on grease paper and bake in oven for 16-18 minutes
