Preheat the oven in 350. Remove the top and seeds from the peppers and blanch them for 1 minute in boiling water. Save 1 cup of that water

Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the soup and sour cream. Stuff the peppers, trying not pack them too much

Mix the condensed soup,following the maker's instructin, plus the saved cup of boiling water

In a pyrex or refractive pan, place the peppers and pour the soup mixture,allowing to moist the stuffing

Bake for 1:15 hr or until the stuffing is cooked. Take some of the soup in a recipient, mix in the sour cream and return that mixture to the rest of the sauce. Enjoy!!!!

Good with garlic bread plain pasta ,rice or mashed potatoes .
