Ingredients

  1. 3 piecesavocado
  2. 1medium red onion
  3. 3 tbspfreshly chopped spring onion(optional)
  4. 2 tbspfreshly chopped dill/cilantro
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  7. 1green chilli - finely chopped
  8. 1 cupsweet corn
  9. 200 gchicken breast
  10. 6-7 stripsham/bacon(optional)
  11. 2hard boiled eggs
  12. 3-4 tbsplemon juice
  13. 1 tbspcrushed black pepper
  14. 4-5 tbspolive oil
  15. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken breast and ham/bacon with salt and some olive oil. Roast the chicken breast and ham/bacon strips in the oven at 400 Degrees F. Also roast the corn with some salt and olive oil. Or else boil the corn.

    When chicken and ham/bacon are roasted shred them.

  3. 3

    Cut the avocados into medium dice. Finely chop the onion. Slice the eggs.

  4. 4

    In a big bowl add all the vegetables, shredded chicken- ham/bacon, eggs, ginger-garlic-green chilli, corn, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Mix them very well. The salad is ready. Garnish with sliced eggs. Serve it with bread.
