Leftover dal paratha is the QUICK breakfast or brunch.
Steps

Place a wheat flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add leftover daal & pinch of salt,cumin seeds and little bit of oil and mix.

Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.

Cover and rest for 15-20 min to rise.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out into an oblong of 3-4 inches in diameter. Using little wheat flour for rolling.

Heat tawa and place the paratha and grease oil/ghee and roast it. Turn the other side again grease oil/ghee and roast it.

Ready to serve leftover daal partha with butter cubes.
