Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Add water & make a smooth dough. It should neither be too hard nor too smooth. It should be just like Puri that can be flattened on palm.

Make small balls & flatten them on palm or on a plastic sheet. Take a fork & prick holes.

Pre heat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins. Cook mathris for 8-10 mins on same temperature till crispy brown. Same can be used for baking or can be shallow fried in ghee or coconut oil.
