  • 500 gmbhindi
  • 3-4onion thin sliced
  • as neededOil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, then dry and then cut round small pieces of bhindi

  2. 2

    Heat pan,add oil, add bhindi cook on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Add onion and regular masale.

  4. 4

    Cook till then onion and bhindi cooked well.

  5. 5

    Serve with roti.
