Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspotatoes boiled
  2. 1/2 cupgrated carrot, beetroot, sweet corn
  3. 1/2finely chopped onion
  4. 1/2 cuppoha
  5. 1/2 Cupgreen peas
  6. 4-5 slicesbrown bread
  7. 2 tspsuji or rice flour
  8. 3 tspoil,
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 3 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    First we boil potatoes and mash

    We grate all veggies in mixing bowl

    Add jinger garlik paste and boiled green peas

  4. 4

    Add salt garam masala and chat masala and add little soaked poha.it gives thick ness

  5. 5

    Add brown bread for binding u can use bread crumbs aslo

  6. 6

    Now divine dough in 8 to 10 parts and make small petties wirh ur palm keep aside.

    Take suji in plate roll petties and shallow fry them both sides untill golden brown and crisp

  8. 8

    Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
