I usually purchase 10 lbs of the tenders and bread them. Then I'll freeze them. If you put them into the fryer frozen it takes about 13 minutes to fully cook them. Its great for the kids

  • 5 lbschicken tenders
  • 2 lbsFlour
  • 3large containers Panko bread crumbs
  • 6Eggs
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 4 TbspSeason-all
  • 4 TbspMcCormick roasted garlic and bell pepper seasoning

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Pre-heat fryer to 375°

  3. 3

    Dip chicken tenders into egg, then flour, then eggs again and lastly panko breab crumbs

  4. 4

    Place flour in one bowl. Place eggs and milk in 2nd bowl, whisk together. Place panko bread crumbs in 3rd bowl with season-all and roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning.

    Place onto tray to rest

  6. 6

    Place into fryer for 5 minutes Remove and drain and place in a single layer onto sheet tray

  7. 7

    Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all the chicken is fried

  8. 8

    Place tray of chicken tenders into oven for 30 minutes.

  9. 9

    Serve with your favorite dipping sauces
