Steps

In a bowl take gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander.

Add water in bowl and mix all the ingredients properly to form a smooth batter.

Cut paneer into big sized cubes.

Now dip paneer into the batter and fry them in hot oil.
- 5
Fry them till paneer fritters become golden brown and take them out from the oil.

Cut the fritters and fry them again till paneer turn light brown and take them out from oil.

Sprinkle chat masala and chopped coriander over the paneer fritters.

Relish delicious Masala Paneer Fritters with favourite dip or sauce.
