Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 3 cupsgobindo bhog rice
  • 1/2 cupcashew-raisins
  • 1/4 tspyellow food colour
  • 1"cinnamon
  • 1 podgreen cardamom
  • 2cloves
  • 2bay leaves
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee
  • As neededwater (warm)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pot and add ghee

  2. 2

    Add bay leaf and whole garam masalas

  3. 3

    Add cashew-raisins and saute just a second

  4. 4

    Wash and marinate the rice with ghee sugar and colour

  5. 5

    Add this into the pot fry well adding salt and sugar

  6. 6

    Add water and cover it

  7. 7

    Serve it with any kind of gravy or dum aaloo
