Steps

Boil water in a pot add salt and whole garam masalas

Add rice and as it boil well switch off and strain the water

Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste oil curd red chilli Powder and salt for 1 hour

Heat oil and ghee and temper shahi jeera and bay leaf

Add chopped onion slices saute well

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the chicken pieces and saute well cover it till it become soft

Add red chilli Powder and tomatoand cook well

Now layer the chicken and rice

Add ghee biryani masala into it

Sprinkle kesar soaked milk

Keep it on steam for 20 minutes on a low heat

Serve it hot with raita

Cover and cook till it become soft and moist
