  • 1 cupbarley
  • 4 tbspghee
  • 2 tbspDry fruits
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a ghee in a pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Add barley and roast it with low flame.

  3. 3

    Add water 4 cup and add sugar mix well cook till then 4-5 whistle.

  4. 4

    Open the lid serve hot garnish with dry fruits.
