1 bowlleftover rice
1/2 cupbesan
2green chilli chopped
1chopped onion
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 cupbread crumbs
Salt to taste
oil for frying

Add ingredients in a mixing bowl,

Make small balls with the mixture

Coated with bread crumbs

Heat oil in a wok add balls deep fry till golden in colour

Serve with sauce/green chutney
